Return and Refund

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please make sure to contact us with email service@sevenwigs.com firstly. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a a discount code for use on a future purchase on our website. Discount codes will never expire!

Here are the situations that may cause disputes:

1. Delivery on the way:

a. Parcel on hold by customs: It is buyer’s duty to do customs clearance. Therefore, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been on hold. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to complete customs clearance (such as commercial invoice) .

b. Status of shipment on hold for a long time: If status of the parcel on hold for a long time, we advise you to contact your local courier to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping forwarder agency to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us till the parcel is delivered successfully.

2. Unsuccessful delivery:

a. If the parcel isn’t delivered successfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We won’t take any loss if caused

b. If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 30 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

3. Return & Refund

a.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on), Please send us an email through service@sevenwigs.com with your order number entitled and brief problem matter, we will contact you for further discussion to figure out some solutions;

b.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size ), we can do returns within 30 days once it is received, but we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fees, and you must contact us for returning within 30 days of receiving through email service@sevenwigs.com and we’ll offer you the return address ( notice : ensure the hair have not been used is a must ). But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee.

c. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund. After get your response, the refund will automatically be returned to your original method of payments within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original payment card, please contact us in advance.

Kindly reminder:

a. For classic products which have stock:

If you want to return it within 30 days, please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.  Items which have been used or washed are not allowed to return any more.

The “returned in the original condition” means:

1. Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  bleached or worn.
2. Lace net and hair size are NOT been cut.

b. For customize items:

As these order are made for personal usage, generally speaking, return is not acceptable on those items. But you are still encouraged to contact our customer service to figure out a solution if there’s some matter caused: service@sevenwigs.com , we’d love to hear your voice so that we can improve our items better. Thanks for understanding.

4. Order Cancelling

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

a. If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, we won’t charge the transaction fee.

b. If you contact us 24 hours after your purchase, and meanwhile your order haven’t been shipped out (during holiday it may happen).

c. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begin to do export custom clearance.

Note: If you ask for exchanging or cancelling your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: service@sevenwigs.com. If you return the items without prior contact us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy. Pls note we can’t provide any exchange, return or refund service on returned hair without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers. 

5. Return Address

Notice: Please Do Not return the parcel before contacting us, otherwise it will not be accepted and the refund is not guaranteed.
